Casa Dorada Wedding

Delaine and Steve held their destination wedding at Casa Dorada in Cabo San Lucas, great location close to Medano Beach, perfect to have the ceremony on the deck with the amazing view of the beautiful Arch of Los Cabos.

I know all brides looks pretty, but seriously i have no words to say how beautiful Delaine looked on her wedding dress, always smiling, making her look even more pretty! Such an emotive day, lots of tears on the speaches very grateful and blessed for this day.

Well, the very best of the day was the end part of the reception… when this two decided to jump to the pool, then some guests jump right behind them, great end for a great party!

Wedding at Casa Dorada

Brenda and John, a couple from San José California arrive to Cabo with all their family to celebrate their destination wedding at Casa Dorada. This hotel is becoming one of my favourites to shoot a wedding… great view of the Arch, beautiful locations and right on the downtown area. Brenda and John were very excited for the wedding day, both exchange vows and say “I Do” in front of all their friends and family. The joy of these two bring the most beautiful pictures with my camera as witness, beautiful pictures comes out when true love is in the air =)

Wedding at Riu Palace Los Cabos

Regina and Trent, a young couple from Canada decided to get married at the RIU palace in Cabo San Lucas, an intimate wedding was celebrated inside the beautiful venues of this resort by Reverend Marco Arechiga and his great personality. Wedding at Dreams

Dennis and i had the pleasure to photograph the wedding of Jenna and Terry last week. They choose to celebrate their love at the great Dreams Los Cabos located on the corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San José, a popular location for weddings.

The closest family of Jenna and Terry traveled to Los Cabos to celebrate the marriage of this great couple. Jenna is such an amazing person, when we met her we perceived how excited she was for their special day, she give us a long list of every person and details to take pictures. Terry as a good husband -to be left the decisions to her, he knows who is the boss haha ;) Is always a great pleasure when we work with laid-back people because great pictures comes out =) more »

Jillian + Dan Wedding

We had the great opportunity to photograph the entire celebration of this lovely couple. Dan and Jillian who i met for the first time almost a year ago here in Cabo, when she started to plan their wedding with her mom, looking for the best photographer for these special days and i say DAYS because it wasn’t just one, we took the entire celebration, three great sessions with them and their lovely friends and family at Villa del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas. The rehearsal Dinner, The Wedding and a funny Trash the Dress session!

First day they held their rehearsal right on the hotel beach with a Taco-Bar, Margaritas, bonfires and lanterns send them to the sky when the night was dark enough to display a beautiful scenario. more »

Janelle + Mark Wedding Cabo del Sol

As you may remember Dennis and I took the beautiful photo session of Janelle and Mark almost a year ago, since then we were expecting this beautiful wedding and well.. finally the big day arrived! We had the huge honor to bring this sweet wedding to you, as their engagement photo session was our first in Cabo we are proud to show you the pictures of the wedding day which took place in the beautiful location of  Cabo del Sol Golf Club in Los Cabos.

When we met them the day before at their rehearsal dinner, Janelle was wearing a short pink tinsel dress with high heels and since there i found me doing lots of ooows and aaaws through the very end of their celebration! ;) I can’t really put into words how beautiful she looked on their wedding dress (without mentioned her party dress for the night), seriously everyone was amazed with her, she looked just STUNNING and both were glowing of happines. more »

Wedding at Cabo Azul

A handsome and young couple, a wedding party of 18 and 180 guests in one of the most beautiful locations to get married in. Cabo Azul Resort in San José del Cabo had one of the biggest destination wedding of the year, an amazing place where Marian and Scott chose to celebrate their wedding. The big and amazing chapel inside the hotel gather together the friends and family of these two.

From the touching ceremony to the party on the dance floor we were witnesses of this marriage and we want to share with you a few portraits of the lovely couple!

What better way to celebrate 10 years anniversary trashing your wedding dress? Isn’t it great? When George and Stephanie contact to us for a Trash the Dress session we thought in the actual “Day after” their wedding, well not… was even more exciting: 10 years after the wedding! Perfect to revive great moments and give another chance to her beautiful wedding dress, don’t you think! =)

Meghan + Chris' Wedding at Melia Cabo Real

Hi everyone. You may remember Meghan and Chris’s engagement shoot we did in San José a while back, well this time we had the opportunity to photograph their wedding as well!

Meghan look beautiful in a lace wedding dress surrounded by her sisters and beautiful bridesmaids in orange dresses. The event took place at the Melia Cabo Real between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo which provided an intimate setting for their special day.

They decided to have the first look before the ceremony, one of the moments we love to capture ’cause we can take the most spontaneous pictures, when the groom is waiting for her with the family around, everyone waiting to see Chris face when he saw his beautiful bride for first time on her wedding dress.. ohh just lovely! more »

Wedding at Sunset da Mona Lisa

Abby and Dave’s wedding took place at Sunset da Mona Lisa where this great couple exchanged vows on a beautiful and romantic celebration, an intimate destination wedding with the closest friends and family it couldn’t be wrong!

Their son, Hudson, was witness of their parents marriage and our target to photograph as well, a beautiful blue eyes baby! The best present to this amazing couple :)

Leazer Family Photo Session

Cabo is a great destination for the whole family, and many of them take the opportunity to remember their trip with a beautiful photo shoot on the sandy beaches of los Cabos. Angie came with her beautiful family wanting to surprise their parents-in-law. The trip was a nice gift from them for the whole family so in return she gave them a great family photo session.

I’ve been so happy to get the honor of photographing this sweet and wonderful family, we always try to capture the emotions and this wasn’t the exeption, lot of laughs and happines from their awesome kids. Destination Wedding Los Cabos - Alicia + Roberto

Alicia and Roberto’s wedding took place around three beautiful venues, all located in Cabo San Lucas. The first stop start with the couple getting ready at Villa La Estancia then we run to the amazing Chapel at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach to capture the emotional catholic ceremony.

After marrrying the next stop was the amazing Hacienda Cocina y Cantina to enjoy a cocktail while the Mariachi enlivened the moment, followed by the reception in a private area inside the restaurant. The first dance, the cake cut and the speeches cover the entire event

Family Photo Session in Cabo

Wedding at Capella Pedregal

This post goes to Agnes and Scott’s Wedding we recently took at Capella Pedregal in Cabo. Amazing venues and locations inside this beautiful hotel which have one of the best views of the Pacific ocean.

The ceremony was at 5pm, great time for pictures, the brilliant and perfect light just before the sunset. As photographer i really value the natural light of the day cause this allow me to capture the best images without any external light.

Wedding at Barcelo Los Cabos Mexico

I’m proud to post this amazing wedding. This time goes to the special day of Brandi and Steve who were married at the Barceló Los Cabos Palace Deluxe in San José del Cabo. We really enjoy documenting their destination wedding, they were such a relax and laid back couple from Oregon, great people. The day was from cloudy to sunny and shine, the sun came out just before the ceremony began and even if the clouds were a bit gray, later at the sunset time the sky was completely covered of red, orange and pink colors, amazing to shoot their session as bride and groom!

We delivery to their hotel the pictures five days after the wedding, and of course they loved the pictures, always smiling and laughing at every picture we show it. One of the best things to be a wedding photographer is when our clients are watching their pictures. They look excited to revive those moments again, smiling and sometimes crying [of happines of course ;)] I can’t explain you how reassuring is this.

Favorite Shots 2011

2011 has been incredible, specially for being my first year in Cabo. I’m so thankfull with all my clients, cause without you our job couldn’t be possible. On this images hold so many good memories of fun and beautiful times, for this reason i want to post a selection of our favorite shots from 2011 including weddings, engagements, Trash the Dress and honeymoon pictures. Fortunately we took lots of weddings but we can’t post every picture we love so here is the collection of some of our favorites.

Wedding at Barcelo Palace

Recently, we had the pleasure to photograph our first destination wedding of 2012. Shannon and Brett are from Canada and they decided to get married in Cabo. The wedding took place at the Barceló Palace Deluxe in San José.

The first shoots we took while getting dressed, everyone in their own room with the bridesmaids and the groomsmen who helped them in all the process to be ready. After the beautiful ceremony we headed to the beach to get some shots while all the wedding party ran to play Volleyball in their wedding outfits haha.

They were really relaxed infront of the camera and easy to work with, both and their guests were very nice people, always smiling and enjoying the party!  Their wedding was simple yet classy, modern and full of closest friends and family.

Romantic engagement photo session

I know is not easy to hire a service (in this case a photographer) you never saw before much less when you have not been there. Let me start this post telling you that usually all our clients contact us by email, then i follow up with a phone call or via Skype, everything to let them know i’m real and they can trust me. They can check the reviews on my site and some more on the “Bride’s Bible” as i say: Best Destination Wedding. Once we talk, laugh and know each other then we can plan the things you are looking for your needs.

Well, for Shauna, was not enough and as i told you before it’s completely understandable. She ask me for more referrals and direct contact for past clients so i give her some emails, she wrote them and she felt more relaxed! All this to guarantee her that they were in good hands!  more »

Engagement Photo Session in Los Cabos

Hi everyone, in this entry a want to share with you the pictures of this couple: Elisse and Zac from San Francisco, CA.

We met the at the RIU Palace Los cabos a day before their session. The reason they came to Cabo was first of all to check all the details for their wedding that will be in October this year and of course to find the photographer of their Big Day as well, so few months before we interchanged emails to discuss the details to take them a photo session celebrating their recent engagement.

The pictures where so natural, even if the sky was a little cloudy but the wheather is always perfect in Cabo, when the sky it’s like that sometimes it help to change the background in a good way =) So please my friends take a look at the few shots we post in here.
